McAlister, McAlister & Nicklas PLLC is taking the following measures in response to COVID-19

  • Consultations and appointments can be conducted by phone and/or Zoom video conference call if you wish, unless your appointment requires your signature on documentation. Appointments involving signatures required on legal documents will continue to be held as “in office” appointments and only as scheduled in advance by phone or e-mail.

  • If you need to pick up or drop off documents, please call our office (405-359-0701) during regular business hours to make arrangements.

  • We request that you reschedule any “in office” appointments and not come to our office if you or anyone in your household has experienced any COVID-19 symptoms within the week prior to the appointment, or been exposed to someone with the virus.

  • We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures to help reduce the risk of exposure to infections.
