Ashley grew up in Newcastle, Oklahoma. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA from the University of Oklahoma in 2016. Ashley began working at the firm as a law clerk during her second year of law school. In 2019, she graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and began practicing in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, and civil litigation.
During her time in law school, she served as an assistant managing editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, was a member of the ABA Client Counseling Team, and was a member of Phi Delta Phi honor society. Ashley was selected by the faculty of the law school to serve on the Code of Academic Responsibility Appeals Board. She was also the recipient of the Oklahoma Law Review’s 2019 Outstanding 3L Award and received several academic scholarships.
In 2019, while Ashley was clerking for the firm during her third year of law school, she co-authored an article with Cody for the Oklahoma Bar Journal and they received the Maurice Merrill Golden Quill Award for the best written article published in the Oklahoma Bar Journal. In 2021, Ashley was honored as one of the NextGen Under Thirty leaders in the legal community. Ashley was also selected as a top attorney in Wills and Trusts by 405 magazine.
