Brandon Baker

Brandon was raised in Norman, Oklahoma, where he graduated from Norman High School in 1997.  He received two degrees from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (with academic distinction) in 2001 and a law degree in 2006.  Brandon first began working at our firm in 2005 while still in law school, joined the firm as an associate attorney upon his law school graduation in 2006, and is now a partner.

Brandon serves clients in a variety of different practice areas, such as business formation, business transactions, real estate law, oil and gas transactions, non-profit organizations, and civil litigation.

Brandon is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Christian Legal Society and a former associate in The William J. Holloway American Inn of Court.  He is admitted to practice in the Oklahoma State Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. 

Before attending law school, Brandon and his wife, Liza, worked for Young Life, an outreach ministry for high school students.  Brandon enjoys spending free time with his wife and their three boys, as well as hunting, fishing, and following OU football.  The Bakers attend Faith Bible Church where they teach Sunday School and serve in various ministries. Brandon volunteers with Young Life and Trinity Legal Clinic of Oklahoma, and has served on the Board of Directors for the Hearts for Hearing Foundation.
